What are the topics on the agenda?

Symposium 2021 will feature two sessions:

  • Insuretech – Changing business dynamics: This panel of experts will discuss how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the insurance industry’s efforts to embrace digital transformation in its distribution channels.
  • The CSA client-focused reforms – The final countdown: This panel will feature industry, investor and regulatory representatives who will explore the steps taken in preparing for the client-focused reforms final implementation phase.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How many CE credits can I earn at Symposium 2021?

Symposium 2021 has been accredited by the Institute for Advanced Financial Education for 2.5 CE credits, including 0.75 Ethics credit, and by the Alberta Insurance Council for 2.5 Life and Accident & Sickness approved course hours.
